Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurial Companies:

Approximately 2,000 entrepreneurs that are interested in all venture capital funding stages are expected to attend the 2-day Venture Capital Expo.

Entrepreneurs are requested to bring copies of their Executive Summaries and Business Plans for submission to venture capitalists that will be in attendance. Entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial companies can pitch directly to investor groups in face-to-face meetings. These exhibitor opportunities are available at each Expo event; please see the exhibitor agreement link at the left of this page to select the Expo events of interest to you.

All Exhibitors will receive information on drayage, materials handling on move in, move out day by way of the Exhibitor Service Manual distributed by the Expo decorator for that city.

 
Expo Exhibitor Hours

Day 1 Thursday – 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Freight and Decorator Move in and Set-up. 
Day 1 Thursday – 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Booth set up by Exhibitors.  No Exhibit Booth set-up on Day 2.
Day 2 Friday – 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM PM Expo opens for Exhibitors.
Day 2 Friday – 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Expo is open for Attendees.
Day 3 Saturday – 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM PM Expo opens for Exhibitors.
Day 3 Saturday – 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Expo is open for Attendees.
Day 3 Saturday – 5:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight Expo tear down and pack out.

The 10’ x 10’ standard booth is pipe and drape with an 8’ back wall and 2 – 3’ side walls.  Drapery colors have yet to be selected.  The booth package will include: 2-charis, 1-6’ skirted table, 1-7” x 44” Company identification sign. The 10’ x 20’ standard interview booth will be inline placement, unless the extra cost end cap position is requested.  This booth also comes with 1-4’ round table and 4-additional chairs for interviewing purposes in the booth.  If desired, the 10’ x 20’ booth may be specified with furnishings other than the 1-round table and 4-chairs.

The optional booth is a European hard wall booth with fabric covered walls with 8’ back and side walls.  This booth is NOT furnished and must be furnished at additional expense from the Exhibitor Service Manual

Exhibit Booth In-Line Pricing:

Standard pipe and drape - $20.00 per square foot for 2-days or $10.00 per day.
European hard wall with fabric covered walls - $35.00 per square foot for 2-days or $17.50 per day.

Each 100 square feet of Exhibit Booth includes:

  • Four (4) Event Registrations.  Extra Registrations are $500.00 each.  See Sponsorship opportunities for unlimited Event Registration offerings.
  • Pipe and Drape – 8’-back wall and 3’ side walls.
  • 1-7” x 44” Company identification sign.
  • Listing in Event Guide and on Expo website – no click through.  See Sponsorships for Banner ad click through opportunities.
  • 2-chairs, 1-6’ skirted table
  • In 10’ x 20’ exhibit booth also includes: 1-4’ round table and 4-additional chairs for interviewing purposes in the booth, or anyother decorating set that you require.

Speaking Opportunities

Reserve a Breakout Room to make a scheduled presentation to the attendees.  Speaking presentations are advertised to the Expo attendees in the Guide, the announcement system and on Speaker Boards.  Cost of a Breakout Room is $200.00 for one and one-half (1-1/2) hours of use over the 2-days of the Expo.  Multiple increments available.  The cost includes theater set, speaker dias and all audio visual equipment required.  Contact the Expo management for more information on this opportunity.
